About Me

It's hard to encapsulate myself in a profile, especially since I don't fit any gay stereotypes. First off, I usually don't do casual sex. It's more enjoyable for me when it's an expression of love (or at least when I know and like the guy!).  I'm looking for friends, perhaps someone to play tennis with, or go to movies and stuff with, or just hang out with. Of course I'd like an LTR, but it's more likely to evolve from friends or someone I meet through friends. Romance just happens; it can't be forced.  My soul mate is still out there somewhere....

Apart from that, I'm a nice guy (oh no!!!!!!!!). But that doesn't mean I don't have an edge or two.  And I do actually fit one stereotype. I'm shy when I first meet someone, then I open up and become myself when I get to know them a bit. That's when my sense of humor comes out too. In other ways I embody opposites. Ya know how Zen says that opposites can be true at the same time? Well, that's me. I am an anti-materialist, but I have a BMW M Coupe. I'm a bit of a sports nut, but I also have always liked all forms of art. I've never really been a part of the "gay scene" but I still feel an intense connection with it.  I love both "Queer As Folk" and "24".  

So that's me in a [relatively] brief capsule. Like I said, I'm looking for friends (and if something else develops, great!). I like different types of people, but I don't like overly judgmental types (we're all different and those differences are worth celebrating), or guys without some sort of substance to their character.
